About us...
Infinite Success Safety Consulting is an aviation safety firm founded in 2019. We started this business because we'd watched too many operators struggle with safety programs that looked good on paper but didn't work on the line — and because we believed that with the right partner, almost any operation can do better.

We're small by design. You don't get handed off to a junior associate. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who does the work. Our clients have ranged from single-pilot business aviation operators to fleet operations across multiple continents — aerial firefighting, federal contract work, corporate flight departments, and remote-environment operations where help is far away.

Nearly 50 years of combined aviation safety experience across military aviation, wildland firefighting, federal regulatory oversight, and SMS implementation in high-risk environments.
